Yes, it does..
Yes. It goes "tsst" when you unscrew the cap (or use a bottle-opener if it's not screw cap). There are two possible causes of this noise:
-The air rushing out of the bottle because the carbonation increases the bottle pressure
-Ghosts inhabit the bottle and taking off the cap let's them out
if you are under age the FBi will run into your house and bang your dog. They will only know when you open it because it make a really loud noise. Like an expolison. If you don't hear it DO NOT DRINK IT! it is going to kill you in 2 days. -that's only if you open it alittle.
