Question: Using Sugar Addiction?
That said recently I drink about a 2 liter bottle of soda a day. eating candy, although I do not want. I sort of feel like I need sugar, I go every day and is a bottle of soda. I want to quit but I can not try to tell me to stop. I sort of think oh a bottle of soda does not much matter, but it does. especially now when it is winter and you can not train. I do not know how to write. but I need advice to quit. I want to quit. has had this habit since last summer. I barely drink water these days only soda that are basically my only drink. I feel tougher and more tired each day that passes makes hardly what happens ...
is about 180cm and weighs 80kg, but it will probably increase substantially if I did not stop. I know you I have reached the kind of initiative to quit but I do not like it.

The big problem is of course the man himself must realize that you should end up with something.
One example is myself when I stopped to take drugs / smoke. One fine day, asked a young me why I use snus. What I said was that I have no idea why the hell I'm doing it, and the day I decided to quit. This was 7 years after I started using snus and cigarette smoking, so it was not ******* from nowhere.
Anyway, I threw my last snuff box the day of soperna and after that I have never ever bought a box of snuff or a package of cigarette again, except when I need a cigarette to smoke a joint.

I forgot to stick to the topic. I stopped with my sugar addiction in the same way. DVS that I realized I did not get anything to eat **** food or candy!
I quit many years ago to eat potato chips, pastries, mcdonlads, skitmat and other filth.
When we came out of dependency so you really feel better and you realize that dependence had before!



I myself have suffered from this problem .. Eating and drinking, in principle, around the clock because I had nothing to do. There is a hole to fill with something. I filled it with lchfkost and training which contributed to weight loss and eating disorders. But now I feel good and I'm very glad I ended up with sugar + chips + soda and so on.
The hardest thing is to stop ... but when you've stayed a few days away it's easier actually.
A job is probably the best .. something active as well.



Replace soda to Br?mhults juice. Buy home and eat grapes, etc. ist, you may end up with everything as long as you really want.
