what kind of liquor is impossible to get in america?!
Answers:
Illegal to buy, Illegal to make, Illegal to consume, or Illegal to sell? There is a difference.
Liquor Laws are controlled by the states themselves, not the federal government. As far as I know, there is no American BAN (unless controlled by import quotas or from certain countries) on any type of liquor. Absinthe does have restrictions, but is not banned as a whole. The only federal law about liquor that applies to ALL states is that the legal drinking age is 21. The USDA also banned certain caffinated beverages, for a while. Four Loco ring any bells? Other than that, it's all up to the individual state.
So, if we go by State, WA (where I live) is a control state. The state runs the 'liquor' stores and does ban certain alcohols from being sold. We cannot get everclear. A few years ago they just allowed us to get Absinthe. California is very unrestricted and I know I can get more from down there, and at any corner grocery store!
Plus I know that in certain counties in many eastern and southern states are still dry. Yes, Prohibition was not lifted in certain areas of the country. I've been to them. NO alcohol. It's illegal to buy, sell and even consume! You just get iced tea instead!
Do you know that where Jack Daniels is distilled, it's dry? You can only buy as a "gift", not for consumption.
We're in a craft beer area, so just about any type of beer is available here. If not in the regular stores, then in the "liquor" stores.

Only kind is the kind thats impossible on the Planet earth and thats 200 proof or 100% alc content. No alcohol is impossible to get into America b/c it can be smuggled, homemade etc.
You're a jerk. You didn't have to be so rude about it.
I'm Canadian, I figured America would have the same standard.
