Was what I did a few nights ago safe or not?!

Your body should be full of good feelings. Instead you will be in a perpetual hangover. I don't know what tequila Rose is but I guess tequila. You will do better in life if you feel good. The liquor option is just a bad joke. Of course everyone who is young has had a drunken blast and it is fun--if it is fun. But the alcohol itself is not good. And you are majoring in alcohol, not people.
it will definitely have a negative impact on your body

Bad... Takes the body about two weeks to fix anything.
unsafe pls sty away from that activity
as long as you aren't doing anything crazy while you are drunk it won't kill you today... it will slowly keep on wearing down your liver/kidneys, yes the liver can repair itself, but it won't have the chance to get better in less than week, before getting knocked farther down... yes, that is a large of alcohol to consume in a weekend, a lot more than a social drinker drinks
you obviously are concerned considering the number of similar questions you have asked in the last week... and don't get upset when someone states an opinion you disagree with, it happens
you MIGHT have bigger issues (alcoholic?) than someone responding negatively to your questions..
*** i meant the guy who said you'd die from drinking more than a glass of wine in a weekend.. obviously he is being overly one-sided, and not giving advice at all (because some doctors say a glass of wine a night, or something like that, is actually good for you)...
according to wiki:
The liver is the only internal human organ capable of natural regeneration of lost tissue; as little as 25% of a liver can regenerate into a whole liver.
This is predominantly due to the hepatocytes re-entering the cell cycle. That is, the hepatocytes go from the quiescent G0 phase to the G1 phase and undergo mitosis. This process is activated by the p75 receptors.[12] There is also some evidence of bipotential stem cells, called ovalocytes or hepatic oval cells, which are thought to reside in the canals of Hering. These cells can differentiate into either hepatocytes or cholangiocytes, the latter being the cells that line the bile ducts...
**however, if the liver gets cirrhosis of the liver (which is like liver cancer- which is typically gotten through extensive alcohol abuse over a long period of time... it can't regenerate... I'm not a liver expert, im almost certain the liver will not repair itself from a 2-3 day bender in 4-5 days.. ask your doctor about it, next time you go to one
