"Down there" is self-cleaning and using scented sprays will only throw things out of balance and make any problems worse inthe long run. There's no substitute for good personal hygiene - a regular shower every day with regular soap or shower gel and a good diet should mean everything is clean and natural.
I was once told by a friend to insert a chunk of garlic wrapped in a net that you can pull out after about 2 hours, i have never tried this though
