typical rule of thumb is 1 drink for every 30 lbs someone weighs will get them a solid buzz-slightly drunk (dependent on numerous factors). so my guess is 4 in under an hour would do it
and if you've drank quite a bit before, you should already know the answer.

Straight vodka goes down fairly smooth so you wont feel it at first. But for your weight and build I'd say no more than 4. 5-6 and beyond and you will start to feel pretty drunk.
I'd say 4 or 5 to get a light buzz but 5-7 to get a really good buzz going and if you do them closer together you'll get a faster and stronger buzz sooner.
