I hope you did the math. If you bought four 12-packs it would have $48. You're buying a premium beer. There is nothing wrong with what you paid. Imagine if bought them at a bar. A case would have cost you over $150. You got a deal.
all states prices vary greatly by taxes and shipping/competition, etc
near me (upper-midwest) its about $8 for a 6-pack, or about $14 for a 12-pack... a 24 pack case is about $25
I live in Hawaii. Our tax is around 4.7%.
A 6-pack of heinekens would go around almost $10. A 12-pack is around $20.
I have never seen a case of 24 bottles of Heineken here in Texas (the county I live
in anyway) but if I bought 4x6 or 2x12 it would be slightly less than what you paid.
