How old do you need to be to buy alcohol in Italy? At Milan Linate Airport? 16 or 18?

uhm i am italian living in italy,i think there is no law for alcohol selling.
you can buy in any shop,teenagers can buy alcohol and cigarettes at 14-15 years old too,it depends on the seller,sometimes if he seems you are too young to drink "heavy" alcohol drinks like vodka or rum,he doesn't sell them to you.
anyway it is better to buy alcohol in shops in cities,not at the airport,remember at the airport there is police xD
Milan is 18... other locations is 16.
