How to quit drinking?!

Question: How to quit drinking?
I'm only 16 and I drink a lot of wine when we are having parties

Answers:

No need to worry. Everyone drinks at the parties

you have to want to quit.

if you are serious talk to your parents or close friends or another family member or a counselor or a pastor to get help. (whoever you feel most comfortable talking with)...

I don't know if you are an alcoholic, but check the link below to compare yourself with myself (a raging alchy)... if you do drink a lot, trust me it will only get worse if you continue drinking.

Drinking on occasion isn't a bad thing but if u feel like you need to slow down then maybe you should talk to some of the people that you go to these parties with, let them know that you want to slow down your drinking and you would like their support. If they're really good friends they will be there for you and help you out.

Start saying no. Drink soda or something else, It will be hard at first, even if your not addicted to alcohol, its hard to break a habit, so I suggest drinking something, but not alcohol. If you drink wine, you could try like Welch's sparkling grape juice. Its non alcoholic so its not bad. :)

wine? for real when i was 16 i was drinking that whiskey man, i suggest evan williams, light on the dollar but heavy on the potency. listen man don't stop drinking it builds character

Wow, you started out young. The drinking age requirements is 18 here in Canada in other countries it's 21.

You may need to go for therapy.

HA! Me too, you must come from an italian american family like me! At least we won't have to worry about getting beer bellys!

Don't bend your arm.
