What Country is worst for drinking and do i drink too much?!

Question: What Country is worst for drinking and do i drink too much?
Like most people in england I drink a fare bit, not every day, but usually about 3 times a week. Ive done this since i was about 18, when i was 15-18 i probably would drink once or twice a week. Im 21 now. I recorded what i drank over the last two nights, thursday i had 3 bottles of bud, 4 cans of fosters (the normal size cans, about 456ml i think) 3 cans of carlesberg and 4 cans of carling. that was round a mates house, last night i went out and had 1 can of kronenberg, a shot of sambucca, a bottle of reef (%5) 3 pints of strongbow, and 5 pints of kronenberg. Is that too much? and do other countries drink as much, cos this is pretty typical for people in england, maybe its not even that bad let me know your thoughts.

Sorry if this is written badly im really hung over

There's no set amount of alcohol that means you drink too much. When drinking starts negatively affecting the other aspects of your life, then your drinking too much. Otherwise, its personal choice. If you are feeling guilty, though, maybe slow down for a bit.

When it comes to what country drinks the most per capita, surprisingly it is the country of Luxembourg, according to The Economist. I have provided a source for this, click the link below. The top five countries when it comes to drinking are:
1. Luxembourg
2. Ireland
3. Hungary
4. Moldova
5. Czech Republic

Gonna sound really old now, at your age I would drink alot, I think its part of being young and having fun but as I got older, I began to know my limits and enjoyed having a drink without getting wasted. I think you do drink alot but not much more than my partner would drink, depends how wasted you are after so much, not good to be vommiting and not knowing what your doing at the end of the night. I`m from England too, we have a bad record for binge drinking, don`t know who is the worst though

Limit is a function of your body's ability and what you are willing to live with (with regards to self esteem)

But, there is a legal limit as well, which is regardless of personal limits. In general, drinking that much is a lot, and it goes into the realm of a potential drinking problem.

You might want to have more quality than quantity.

It doesn't matter what country you're from, that's just stereotyping. If you think you have a drinking problem (not quantity or frequency) you do. Slow down if you feel you must. Believe me, if you start when you are you, it is a hard habit to break when you're older.

I don't know for sure, and I haven't looked it up, but I expect if you do a google search you'll find Russia will be up there amongst the worst. Cuba might be in it as well.

Yeh you drink quite a lot, i drink like twice a week on half terms and like the occasional weekend on term time but im only 13 so i spose you would drink more??

that not enough
