What is a substitute for bacardi 151?!


Question: What is a substitute for bacardi 151?
I am trying to make flaming dr peppers but Bacardi 151 is not available in Ireland, Can you offer a substitute? Thanks.

Bacardi 101, or perhaps Wray and Nephew overproof rum. Everclear or moonshine will ignite but it won't taste the same.

Everclear, moonshine.
Any fuel grade ethanol that hasn't been polluted with poisons or additional fuel components.

Anything over 100 proof or 50% alcohol is flamable

Not if you want the rum flavour.
