why does drinking snakebite get you more pissed than drinking just beer or just cider?!

I think that it is that most people who drink snakebite are students, rowdy students.
These rowdy students probaly drink snakebite very fast in drinking comps. Much faster than they would when drinking say a couple of beers in the union.
I think it's not really the snakebites fault that you get so drunk while dirnking it, it's probably just that when you are super wasted it tends to be those days when you think drinking snakebite is a good idea.

its years since i last drunk snakebite it never effected me much more than cider or lager are you using strong laser and strong cider that may be the reason i still love cider my local charges ￡ 3.80 for carling blacl its like water happy drinking in 2011
It takes just as long to get intoxicated on snake bite as drink straight beer or cider.
The effect is just psychological. its the tales of other people that make you think you get drunk more quickly on Snake bite!
