Can I enter a Spec's Liquor Store if Im under 21?!

In the state where I live they are called "Wine & Spirits" stores. You can not enter unless you are with someone who is over the age of 21.

I am assuming that Spec's must be a private and NOT State run liquor store.
Laws are different from state to state.
I live in a state where only the state can sell Hard Liquor.
It is legal for a minor to enter a State run liquor store in my state, but they can NOT even point to a a bottle. (if they do it looks like you are trying to purchase for a minor)
I remember going to the liquor store before I was in school - 4 or 5 years old!
I couldn't go into a bar because there were open bottles there but the liquor store has only sealed bottles, and you can't drink there.
When in AK and MN I found out there are states where you can not only bring your children in the bar but in AK they can't refuse you bringing your DOG in the bar either (based on the fact it's freezing cold and they could freeze to death) so I was told.
In AK however - you can't purchase even a wine cooler in a grocery store. All alcohol & tobacco is sold in a smaller store with a different entrance so children won't be confused & think that these are a necessity i guess.

& no I am no an alcoholic - I don't even drink.

I don't know about that specific store, but many card at the door and/or specifically
deny entry to any1 under 21, why'd u have to be there if you weren't 21 anyway eh?

ps: It's not just a matter of morals, fact is, most teens r irresponsible around booze.

Nope. At least where I live, they card you at the door. I tried to enter Spec's when I was 18 just to buy a cigar box, but they wouldn't let me. I had to get someone to go in and buy it for me.

I think if your under 12 you can go in with a parent but no one under 21 is typically allowed in liquor stores.
