Why is a drink such as Twisted Tea considered a girl drink when it has the same alcohol content as most beers?!

Question: Why is a drink such as Twisted Tea considered a girl drink when it has the same alcohol content as most beers?
I am a guy and Filipino, and am 5'4 and weigh between 105-110 pounds. I rarely ever drink, just because I don't ever really feel like it, even at parties. It takes very little for me to start feeling the effects of alcohol when I do drink. I know people get hangovers from drinking beer, but I feel it takes more of a toll on me. My friend had been trying to find a drink I wouldn't mind drinking and he gave me Twisted Tea and I liked it. If I drank 4 beers, the next morning would suck for me, but if I had four Twisted Tea's, I wouldn't really feel anything. I know there are probably going to be people on here that call me a puss, or a girl, but I honestly don't care. I view the whole situation as, "Why would I drink beer which kills me, when I could drink Twisted Tea which has the same amount of alcohol as beer, and doesn't leave me feeling sick the next morning?

Answers:

Bottom line is whatever pleases you is what you should be drinking. It's not about the alcohol content or being a many man it's about enjoying yourself and if you're going to drink you'd better enjoy whatever it is, otherwise there's no point. Pay no attention to the H8Rs lol

I drink what I want, F the rest

I dunno, because guys shouldn't need fun flavors to hide alcohol - the idea is that guys should be able to handle beer and especially straight liquor without and fruity or sweet ****. Not saying that's true, but that's how it is.

drink whatever tastes best to you, generally girls go crazy for sweet stuff and guys not as much, im a guy i prefer the taste of beer, drink whatever you want.

Its ok to drink twisted tea if its day time and super hot out. But at night, man up and, switch to a light beer.
