What does it mean when someone says that they're buzzed from a hookah?!

they are probably smoking weed, ive been smoking hookah for the past few years, and so far none of the tobaccos have given me any kind of "buzz" so...yeah....

Since it is pure tobacco, it makes the smoker, usually, feel light headed and free. I've only smoked twice and I felt sick both times. Granted, both times were before I started smoking cigarettes so by now I'm sure smoking tobacco from a hookah wouldn't have much of a negative effect. It can also make the user feel dizzy and nauseated the first time, but for the type of feeling you're describing, I believe the smoker would been on at least his 3rd or 4th time.

Yes, I have tasted hookah it is mild than the cigarettes cigar. If you are smoking hookah fr the first time it makes you a really buzzed. For the beginner tobacco smoking and chewing makes all buzzed. Hookah also contains of tobacco.
