What does "Natural Flavour of Cranberry" mean?!

Question: What does "Natural Flavour of Cranberry" mean?

Okay so i bought this drink that has Cranberry in it. or i think it doesn it says "Natural Flavour of Cranberry" does this mean its actual cranberries or fake lab made flavour?
I'm wondering cause im allergic to actual cranberries.
