If vinigar makes me sick, is it safe to drink alcohol?!
Is it ture that our body naturally breaks down alcohol that we drink into vinigar and would that be the kind that i avoid in food?

It is not true that your body naturally breaks down alcohol into vinegar.
What is true is that the alcohol you drink is absorbed by the fat (including butter) from your last meal. So never drink on an empty stomach.
The vinegar fairy tale comes from [(Alcohol + Air) = (Vinegar + Water)]. Wine plus air easily becomes vinegar. Beer becomes to flat to drink before it becomes vinegar. An open 80 proof bottle of alcohol will take at least a year to become vinegar.
I think Gin is one of the foulest tastes on the planet. Someone left a partial bottle of Gin at my house and I deliberately left it open. Someone made a martini with it a year later and said it was still good.

Most vinegars on cafe tables/fish shops are petroleum by-products; they are not good for you.
nothing to do with (eg) beer, however if your tum is problematic with acids then the acid generated by booze may be a problem.
Experiment; try a salad with extra virgin olive oil drizzled on it plus a tiny sprinkle of balsamic vineger, ground pepper and sea salt.
Next one, try a soft beer like a half pint of London Pride, sipped over half an hour of good conversation.
