Sounds to me like you're missing work tomorrow.
It's good that you're sober enough to spot there may be a problem but since you don't know what else was in the drink or how many units of alcohol there is in a shot of that stuff nobody can calculate the size of the problem so it's not safe to take the risk.

Your liver can take care of 1 unit of alcohol per hour approximately. It also takes about an hour for the alcohol you drink to take full affect. Hope this helps!
