Is it possible to buy rhubarb schnapps? and if so where from?!


Question: Is it possible to buy rhubarb schnapps? and if so where from?
I've tried looking on google to get rhubarb schnapps but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea where I could get it from if there is such a thing?

You may have to make your own :) (fermenting time: best up to 6 months!)

Nigella Lawson's Rhubarb Schnapps

approx 2 lbs rhubarb (1 1/4 lbs trimmed)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 liter vodka


Trim and chop rhubarb and divide between 2 1-liter jars. Add 3/4 cups sugar to each. Mix or shake. Cover with vodka.
Close jars.
Keep in cool and dark place for at least 6 weeks. Shake up about once a day or so.
Strain.

Makes a wonderful pink liqueur

rhubarb schnapps sounds disgusting

If nothing came up on google maybe it doesn't exist .. I have never seen it either
