How much water should i drink?!

Question: How much water should i drink?
I want to drink more water because apparently it is good for your skin and my skin is AWFUL. How much should I drink. So far I have been trying 2 litres. I also want to lose weight will this help? Thank you

Answers:

The recommendation is 2 litres and if you stick to that you'll be fine. Drinking that much will help you lose weight because if the body realises it's taking in so much water it won't keep retaining it as it does when you drink less. If you want to lose weight diet is real important and try high protein and low carb meals. Cut out the crisps and chocolate etc and get your sugars from fruit. Try not to eat more than 120g carbs a day and whole wheat not White carbs. 30mins exercise a day as well. Sounds hard work but it's not once you start. You'll get out what you put in. Oh and eat when you feel hungry just make sure it's healthy. Feeling desperate for food will only make you eat too much when you do eat. I've been doing this and I'm losing weight just fine

Well, their isn't really a limit to the amount of water you should drink, just dont drink till your sick, if your drinking too much, you'll know.

I normally drink a cup of tea in the mornings then have a glass of water after every use of the bathroom, because when you urinate, you lose your essential fluids and salts, you need to replace these, plus all the water is flushing your body keeping your faeces from becoming hard and just painful.. :(

The water intake raises your bathroom usage rate and gets you on the toilet more often, thats a perfect, natural way to lose weight, ofcourse you'll need the balanced diet too.

After breakfast, make water your primary drink. At breakfast, go ahead and
drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra 245 calories a day from soft drinks. That's nearly 90,000 calories a year -- or 25 pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don't trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does

If u watch your calories and workout yes

i thought it was like 8 cups a day. hahah.

All of it.
