Don't count calories. Just eat, and excercise. You are beautiful the way you are, so do not obsess over the number of colories. You do NOT need to lose weight fast. That's dangerous.

At a high estimate, that still wouldn't be even 750 calories.

NO ONE SHOULD EVER EAT LESS THAN 1200 CALORIES! EVER!

If you eat that little every day your body will go into starvation mode. You will lose weight at first, but then your metabolism will become so inefficient that you will gain it back big time. Figure out what your base metabolic rate is (the amount your body burn by just doing nothing more than breathing). Eat just 500 less than that and workout a little. You will lose at least 1 pound a week, which is healthy and maintainable.

I lost over 160 pounds last year.

Here's a link to a site where you can enter what you eat and they keep track of all the calories for you:

http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/

You enter your age, gender, height, and current weight, and choose your goal (such as lose 2 pounds per week, maintain weight, gain 1 pound per week).

Another similar site is:

http://www.sparkpeople.com/

Both these sites are free.

Probably about 500-600 calories FAR too little

Instead of posting this on here, why dont you just read the box? or you just illiterate?
