Is Absinthe with 35mg of Thujone safe to Drink?!

I've been reading a lot about absinthe and want to try some. I've found a site that says they make it in an traditional matter with the maximum thujone level of 35 mg in it. Is this safe? What are some of the side effects of thujone(long and short term)? Also how long does the absinthe effect last? Thank You
