Yeah, it's antibiotics that weaken the effectiveness of them and use condoms too.
If your taking a prescription that has a warning that says do not drink alcohol with this medicine then no you should not drink any alcohol.

You can, but make sure you don't barf it up.
Probably not...depends on the amount of alcohol and pills, I just wouldn't make a habit of it.
