Green Apple Martini mix and Vodka is great!
Mango/Orange juice and Mailbu (Coconut rum)
Sweet Tea Vodka and Lemonade (for those that like tea.. this one's fairly new I think, but it tastes great)

Hi Ellie,
A early happy birthday wish for you!
Here's a very delectable and a drink everyone will love:
Hurricane
Ingredients
* 2 ounces light rum
* 2 ounces dark rum
* 1 ounce grenadine, or passion fruit syrup
* 1 ounce fresh orange juice
* 1 ounce sour mix, or fresh lime juice
* 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
* Orange wedges, for garnish
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake to dissolve the sugar.
Add ice cubes to come halfway up the sides of 2 tall glasses.
Divide the mixture between the glasses. Garnish each with an orange wedge and serve with a long straw.
I would also make a Sangria, for those who just like wine and juice mixes.
I've had this recipe for a long time (passed down from 3 generations) and it's so delicious!
Sangria: Note, it's without the wine you will need to add to this: A red fruity wine is best.
* 8 ounces pomagranate juice
* 8 ounces peach nectar
* 2 cups orange juice
* 2 cups cranberry juice
* 1 cup pinapple juice
* juice of 1lemon or lime
*I add the rinds of fresh oranges and lemons/limes to rest in the punch for a few hours.
*mint sprigs add incredible flavor to the punch too. do the same, let them sit in the bowl then dispose of both, rinds and mint. You can add red wine to make Sangria to this delicious punch.
Enjoy!
:))

Here is a really good idea, tried it and it worked great. Essentially you want to make a super batch of sex on the beach drinks. It is very easy, buy a handle of vodka, handle of peach schnapps, a large container of orange and cranberry juice, mix it all together, add ice, and enjoy. The trick is to try and keep all the containers/bottles around the same size as the recipe is a 1:1:1:1 ratio of all four ingredients.

I've made this punch many times and you can add your own twist to it. The Southern Comfort and Champagne are great together. It's the kind that you do not feel it creep up on you. You can change the liquor to rum, or vodka. As you add the fruit punch concentrate, taste it to get it to your liking, as far as the sweetness goes. So the punch does not dilute, you can make ice cubes out of juice.
Whenever I need a non-alcoholic punch, I use the juice, soda, and fruit punch concentrate.

1 large can of pineapple juice, chilled
2 large bottles of lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 bottle of fruit punch concentrate
1 bottle of SOUTHERN COMFORT
1 bottle of CHAMPAGNE, chilled
orange slices
maraschino cherries
pineapple chunks

Intio a punch bowl, pour in whole can of pineapple juice, shake can first. Pour in enough soda to fill about 1/2 full. Start adding a little of the fruit punch concentrate and tasting it, adding more if needed. Add whole bottle of champagne, then add 1/2 the bottle of Southern Comfort, taste, adding more as needed. Add fruit and ice.

Some great sounding drinks so far. I had this drink on a cruise once and had to learn how to make it. Its really easy actually.

Called a "Miami Vice": There is a "Real" way to make it and a "totally acceptable" and still very tasty and still very strong drink way to make it.

"Real" way first:
Bacardi 151 required (this isnt usually available at just any grocery store, need to go to more of a specialty type store, BevMo or Total Wine or something like that). Its a Dark Rum.
Pina Colada Mix (without alcohol in it)
Daquiri Mix (without alcohol in it)

Helps to have 2 blenders. 1 for the pina and 1 for the daquiri.

Mix pina colada with 2.5 ounces of Bacardi 151 / ice and pour in cup
Mix daquiri with 2.5 ounces of Bac 151 / ice and pour on top of the pina colada
pour just a lil bit of the Bacardi 151 on the very top of the drink itself to make it look pretty, insert straw and serve.

Totally acceptable way that is still very strong and tasty:
If you cant find the Bacardi 151 anywhere, just buy some Bacardi Rum that is Dark, I believe its called Superior, just remember dark rum.
Bacardi Pina Colada Mix (Bacardi sells this with the alcohol pre mixed)
Bacardi Daquiri Mix (also bacardi sells pre mixed)

Just mix each in there own blender, pour and then top off with the dark rum and serve. Very tasty and strong. The first time I made it, it took me til the second time to figure the consistency out. You are supposed to be able to see seperation when you pour them, for example, you pour the colada first, white will be on bottom and daquiri (red) on top when you serve it, or vice versa. I usually stir mine anyways but it looks cool for a few minutes anyways.

I think this is the site I first looked at to find out how to make it. I guess I could have just linked it, but they dont really help out much in terms of details. http://www.drinksmixer.com/drink387.html

Have fun and happy birthday!
