Why don't bars in small towns carry trendy alcoholic beverages?!
Usually all you have to choose from if you walk into a small bar in a small town, is whiskey or bottled domestic beer. They may have vodka also, but just a couple different kinds and thats it. If you ask them for a vodka red bull or a jager bomb they look at you like you have lobsters coming ou of your ears.

Figure it out, cowboy, when in Dodge, you buy red eye and ifn' you don't wanna be a sissy, don't order milk, k? Got it, city boy?
Dern tootin!!
Sell by dates,
They won't be as popular in smaller places especially if the town has a more mature population (oldies)
The bars might not want to purchase loads of Red Bull and Jager because it will just sit, take up space, and end up being thrown out.. no profit and no point in their eyes.
Also Traditional values, why should they bother stocking something that only one or two people will drink when a good traditional beer should suffice.
Most small towns are boring and lack opportunities for career and social outlets.
That means the kind of people who like new things (such as trendy drinks) don't go to small towns and don't live there either.
(Even if you're born in a small town, if you're the kind of person who likes trendy drinks, you'll usually get the h*** out as soon as you're old enough).
No one orders those things in small towns. If you start asking about them and get other people to do the same, the bartender might get the ingredients so he can sell them to you, but it there is no market it's just a waste of his time and money. It's simple economics.
I live in a small town of less than 1,000 people. Jager bombs and red bull and vodka are common drinks.
We also have 2 fairly well stocked bars. Trends happen where there are more people, smaller towns can't afford to get caught up in the moment. They have to keep what sells on hand.
Because bars suck.
trendy doesn't sell in small towns
