What type of liquor license do you need to have to serve wine samples in stores?!


Question: What type of liquor license do you need to have to serve wine samples in stores?
I would like to do promotional wine, beer, or spirit tastings in stores. In Texas I think you have to have some sort of license. After looking at the list of what is available, I thought I'd ask.

i suggest you call the liquor board or whoever you apply for a license through. i lived in OR for a long time & they have several different liquor licenses.

The kind that allows you to serve samples.

Depends on what State you're in and how the States Liquor Commission runs things. You should call the liquor commission and and ask or check out their site online.
