Newports give the biggest head rush, but for a non menthol smoker as your self id suggest just reds or maybe a turkish blend of camels for a stronger taste if thats what you want.
Get a big fat cheap cigar and suck that down into your lungs.
If you don't want to die as fast as that will let you, switch to Camel non filters. They'll kill you slowly with much pain and suffering similar to your current brand. They will deprive you of more oxygen though, giving you that bigger head rush.
