Question: Some suggestions to make me relax?
Its been 6months since my father died i miss him terribly i was very near him we always do things together but before he died i have not given the chance to say how much i love him that i appreciate all the things that he have done i understand that we are all going to die but i always think of my father and there are times i wake up in the middle of the night because i dreamed about him.

I'm sorry for your loss. When mine passed I wrote my own prayer for him (and the family) and I recite it every time I visit him. It is hard but I have found that writing your feelings and concerns helps to clear the anxiety from your mind. Since you spent a lot time with your father, I bet he already knew that you were fond of him. Take care.



Im very sorry to hear about your father-im sure though if yall were close he knows how much you love him and will miss him very much. Only time can really help you get through this because you need time to morn over his loss. I can tell you how I relax after a long stressful day.
I take a long lavender bubble bath-& drink a glass of wine. Hope this helps some & you can sleep a little better @ night



Be good to some-one, preferabily a child. Or help a stranger(especially those that can't pay u back). Listen to some good(may be sing-along) music...i suggest: how-to-save-a-life by fray. Try read 'the prisoner of chillon'(can't remember the writer), it's a very short narrative poem. Well, this may not work, but it may help put things in perspective, thus help you relax. Cheers!



That is something that you will have to live with for the rest of your life and no amount of booze will deaden the pain you feel. Just accept that what you did was not right and try and not make the same mistake again. Move on.
