You need to really want to stop, or you will just keep doing it. It's like when the courts sentence addicts to rehab. It never works unless they want to go and are willing to go.
First, stay away from all the people in your life that do drugs and drink. Surround yourself with friends and family that can help support you and your decision to stop doing drugs and alcohol. Also you can talk to your school's consoler.

There is no easy way to do it, but you have made the first move in the right direction by admitting you have a problem.

I am not sure if any of the drugs cause a physical dependence, but they all, including the alcohol, create a psychological dependence.

If you don't feel like you can talk about this with your parents, go online and find an Al Anon meeting near you. That may or may not be the place you need to be, but you will get information and support from people who know, first hand, what you are going through.

All the best to you.

What I did was totally have nothing to do with the people I partied with and quit going to or near places you partied (tell them "so sorry I just need to mellow out for awhile"- if they're good friends, they'll understand; if they don't understand- screw 'em they weren't your friends anyway)- I know it sounds harsh-but they WILL pull you back in- when you think about partying- do something to keep you mind off it- write, draw, run, start working out, read, get on the computer and do research- anything that helps- believe me I know how hard it is, but always keep at it- if you screw up one night- it's okay- tomorrow's another day and start over- quit thinking you can't, this'll never work- several people have quit partying and you definitely can too- I have faith in you my man- good luck

Edit- you can contact me if you need someone to talk to every now and then- I don't mind helping out- I've been through the same thing- it's all good

Ask your parents for help. Tell them what you're going through, that it's gotten out of control, and you want to go to rehab so you don't have to live your life like this. There is no "easy" way to quit drugs, and once you're an addict, you're an addict for life. You're just an addict in recovery once you've quit. You need a support program.

,

I was a smoker for 15 or so years and quit 3 months ago. I didn't find the Silver Bullet that I was looking for right away. However, I did come across a good resource blog site. It had articles, videos, books, and other information to help people kick the habit.

Do something terrible and get caught, get sent to "juvi" and be put on probation. They would probably put you on a 24 hour surveillance so that you cannot do a thing without them noticing. Just don't hurt anyone.

Tell your parents.

Join AA or NA, get a sponsor, attend meetings 5 days a week for a year

Go to the police and rat out your scum bag dealers.

you have to make up your mind you need help
go to doctor to admit you in program
