what is it that considers someone a "drunk"?!
I know there are alcoholics (people who drink to get away from depression), social drinkers or normal drinkers (people who drink simply because they enjoy the taste of alcohol), and then there's the "drunk".

a person is consider a drunk when the person does all the things you mentioned above by himself. but mainly your consider a drunk when you can't stop and drunk all the time and everyday.
the most obnoxious guy at the party! lol the person that is usually the first to get drunk and either be falling over or allready telling people how drunk they are. Gotta love have a funny drunk in ur squad!
