UPS ships liquor, but you must have it registered as such and only someone over 21 can sign for it. They can help you through the paperwork. The USPS will not ship any liquor. Some states regulate liquor shipments, so that might be a problem for you.

Depends on several factors -- first, you can't legally ship alcohol thru the mail (ie post office), and second, there are several states that still have Prohibition era laws on their books that say alcohol can't be shipped over state lines.
You'll have to find out if the state you're trying to ship to is one of them. I used to live in Michigan, and found out the hard way that Michigan is one of the states when I was on vacation trying to ship wine back from a Seattle based winery. They looked on their list and said, "sorry we can't ship to Michigan, it's against the law".
I had to drive it back. (Luckily I drove out there!)

You may want to ask your local post office. They may require you to have an alcohol license because they may think you are selling the item because they xray items.
