Question: If I have 2 screw drivers a night, every night, for at least 2 years?

Is it almost certain I will get diabetes even if I quit drinking? I had no idea that alcohol was rotten sugar until recently, and the most similar thing I could consume to alcohol was orange juice. The screwdriver has been my favorite drink forever. Am I in to deep to dig out? Or can I still quit and recover my body and organs and avoid disease. Im 22. I've drank since I was 16.

Diabetes has nothing to do with it unless you have a genetic predisposition, but if you have drank alcohol EVERY night for the past 6 years,
YOU ARE AN ALCOHOLIC.
