Now it's all about quality. Brand Reputation is everything in the hookah world. You can go get a no name hookah that has some astetic qualities that scream Cheap Chinese and spend $150 and have the down stem rust at the weld and fall off in 6 months. Or you can spend $60 on a small quality pipe and have it for years. Let me show you.

I bought a Mya Saray QT almost 4 years ago.

With regular cleaning after each day of use, It looks as good as the day I bought it. Stem is Solid Brass and Chrome plated.

About the same time a friend of mine wanted a cheap hookah just to smoke occasionally when she wasn't hanging with me. Back then I didn't know better and bought her a cheap pumpkin for Christmas.

The thing rusted out completely from normal use. Bowl broke and it's a male bowl and they are hard to find. After replacing it after a month. The stem cracked and started leaking air. Only way to fix it was to weld it. At that point it's not worth it. She bought herself a Mya QT a few months later.

You can also drop a lot of money on a hookah and still get crap. Check out the reviews on this Micron hookah.

Costs $115 and everyone has the same problems with it.

If you get a quality hookah you will be happy. I have about a dozen hookahs but I favor about 4 of them.

Yes, of course. The Hookah is only a delivery system. If what you are smoking is of high quality than the means is pure artifice and aesthetic. The clay bowls may crack--but they are easily (and cheaply) replaceable. Do not spend a good deal of money on a hookah. This is nonsense. It is the quality of the tobacco that matters most. I do recommend a larger Hookah--it is easier going (bite wise). But price does not reference anything considerable. Most Hookahs are made in China, India, Indonesia, and therefore their initial (wholesale) value is nil.

I worked in a "head-shop."

not only will it break but it won't taste the same, I'd wait till you have like 100 then go for it, I had a smaller hookah for like 50 and it didn't even seem like a hookah lol. I'd wait. Hope this helps.

If you take care of it, it should be good. I would still have mine if I didn't drop it so many times lol.

I think mine was about 40 bucks..

I use to have one

It isn't. Anything with tobacco or nicotine can / will cause lung / throat cancer
which is gonna cost you much more than 60 dollars. So why even start eh ??

Na dude u should be good and yah it should be worth it plus u can smoke weed w ur friends.
