Question: How can you tell for sure Sidr honey is pure from the source & not mixed or unadulterated?

Sidr honey varies in quality & price. Dowa'ani honey from South Yemen is retailed for upt $ 200/kg .Is there any reliable test that can show if this honey is diluted with inferior quality honey ,diluted with water or mixed with invert sugar?

Taste it for yourself. I am pretty sure it doesn't taste like alcohol.
