Question: How old do you have to be to buy a hip flask?
today I went to a tabacconist store and they wouldn't let me buy because i was 17 but went into a bar store and they had no problems.

No age limit on a hip flask - only limits for buying alcohol to put in it.

flask can be a gift so as long as its not paired with any alcohol it shouldnt have been a problem... if you dont have one yet, check ebay i got all my co-workers personal engraved flasks for christmas for about $10 each

You can always buy one on Amazon, they sell stuff on there and don't require an age check. Same with beer kits.

As long as the hip flask didn't contain any alcohol then there shouldn't be a problem as you can put what you want in it.

Depends on where u live, always thought it was the same age as for buying alcohol.
