Question: Need punch recipe involving pomegranate juice/soda/vodka and peach nectar/puree/schnapps?

I need to set 100 cocktail glasses with a drink including pomegranate juice and either a peach nectar or peach schnapps. I don't have time to shake or anything. Need an easy recipe. I'm open to adding a pom soda or some sort of champagne... need ideas, please. The drink has to be red in color. I also like mint ... I can make a simple mint syrup and use mint and pom seeds as a garnish or something. thanks!

Answers:

2 quarts (parts) Pom Juice
1 fifth Vodka
2 cups (1/2 bottle) Peach Schnapps (Peach Nectar will look cloudy!)
2 quarts plain soda
Pour all into container and stir.

Place one or two mint leaves in each cup before serving!

It does seem like a very drinkable Pom & Peach Punch!
So to simplify ::

'A Fifth' about 4 cups, is the size bottle of Vodka, one fifth of a gallon and that's 25.6 oz or you could add one litre of Vodka, 33.6 oz. a little extra won't hurt!

64 oz Pom Juice, about 8 cups (not Pom Cocktail - that's mostly water plus sweetners). Get from Trader Joe's if there's one around.

2 cups Peach Schnapps

2 bottles cold plain Soda water - club soda/seltzer but not tonic water. - about 8 cups

If you have a punch bowl add a 'whole bunch' of ice. That would mean about a bag you'd purchase at a liquor store/super market.
