If proper sanitation procedures are followed in its production and packaging it should last a very long time. Issues come about when oxygen is introduced to the beer after fermentation, this can lead to staling and the beer will not taste as good.

No

it has a freshness date on some beers
others have born-on dates

its generally recommended to consume beer within 6 months of production for best taste, but people have found beers that are hundreds of years old and still drinkable

Some brands, like Sam Adams and I think Budweiser put a freshness date, but most don't.

Draft beer, however, is unpasteurized and does expire.

Yes it does.

Does it get to old to drink? Yes. If it tastes funny, dont keep drinking it and you should be okay.
