Champagne tastes better mixed with orange juice, which turns the champagne into mimosas.

These are some good Jim Bean mixes

oz Yukon Jack? Canadian whisky
1 oz Jim Beam? bourbon whiskey
1 oz apple schnapps
1 oz vodka
1 oz light rum
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
2 oz orange juice

Have a hurricane glass filled with ice.

Add ingredients, and shake.

Garnish with cherry and orange.

4 oz Jim Beam? bourbon whiskey
4 oz Squirt? citrus soda

Pour both ingredients over 6 ice cubes in a highball glass. Stir, and serve.

1 oz Jim Beam? bourbon whiskey
6 oz cream soda

Pour the Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the cream soda, stir and serve. Enjoy!

For the champagne, I would suggest a fairly old-school recipe that involves a liquor called St. Germain: just add 1/2 a part St. Germain and top with Champagne, stirring lightly to insure the two mix together properly.

As for the Jim Bean, it might be a good idea to try to make a Manhattan cocktail, which is an old standby at many a bar:
2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon (the Jim Bean should be one of the two)
1/2 oz of sweet vermouth
a few dashes of Angostura Bitters (wouldn't go for more than three, the taste can get overwhelming)
Dix together well with ice then strain into a glass.
