yep it's wrong.

Cannabis is weed. You smoke it. there are few long lasting effects, but that's only if you do it daily. And since your friend is only 13 she will probably have one sip of a beer and think it's nasty. Id advise her not to do these as they are illegal and non beneficial to her health.
Cannabis(weed) marijuana, ganja, are all the same thing. it can cause loss of brain cells but is not addictive and even though shown to cause brain cancer it is not very unhealthy. drinking however is more of a gateway drug( causes you to do way worse drugs like cocaine and heroine) and should be avoided at her age, and only drank inncontrolled amounts

I'm in high school... lot of weed smokers and drinkers here

Since you're young/growing older, you're going to want to experiment with things...everybody does.

Health effects of cannabis - stress reliever, also possible lung damage from the butane in the lighter but other than that there is nothing really WRONG with it. we lose brain cells every single day, we regain them too. anyone who says otherwise is uneducated.

Effects of alcohol - brain damage, (holes in brain) passing out from being so drunk, throwing up, hangover, etc.

yes you need to tell a adult because if she is drinking at a young age she will be more likely to become a alcoholic or worse she could die very easy from poising her self or in a accident and as far as the pot goes its to hard to learn something new when your on it so 13 is to young tell her she has her whole life ahead of her but right now she needs to concentrate on school and getting a education

cannabis and alcohol have immediate effect on brain. immediate effect is like riding on cloud 9. The final result is cloud burst.Narcotics like these damage brain and body in slow motion and leave the person a vegetable. Who wants to be like a living vegetable? Talk to your counselor.

Well first of all she shouldent be into that stuff at her age.
Cannabis is weed, and it will effect your short term and long term memory.
It will make you unmotivated and you wont be the same person.
And drinking will do the same.

Both are illegal and a bad idea. She may hurt her body or get in trouble if discovered. Plus, it could lead to other illegal activities. Tell an adult who can help her. Of course she will deny it, but you should at least try.

Well cannabis is weed. And weed hurts your kings and brain cells and live. Drinking hurts your liver. If you can stop her from doing it then try your best!! And if she gets caught with it then it'll ruine her life.

Obviously it's wrong and it's a serious problem if no one else is noticing or doing something about it.

probably
