Question: Alcohol becomes sugar when consumed. How many grams of sugar are produced from one glass of red wine?
How many grams of sugar are produced from one six oz glass of red wine after being consumed. Generally wine is 12% alcohol. I've not been about to find a conversion table.

Alcohol doesn't metabolize to sugar, so none. Whoever told you that was wrong.
