Question: Hookah bars not allowed in halifax, novascotia?
ive seen hookah/sheesha places in toronto and montreal but none in halifax. Is it because the law is different here?

It's probably a provincial law, kinda like the difficulty in getting a keg of beer.

My brother used to live in New Brunswick.
