Reword question, how long is unopened canned salsa? ?!

Question: Reword question, how long is unopened canned salsa? ?
I got it last summer I think and I haven't opened it.

Answers:

It should have a production or expiration date. If not, open it and if it looks or smells bad don't eat it.
I think the recommended shelf life on cans is about 5 years but I've heard about people eating stuff older than that.
Even if you bought it 2 years ago it is likely to be good. just use your judgment.
Enjoy!

Commericaly canned salsa Look for the best by date.

Home canned salsa, it should have been labled with a date. Canned foods are usually good for one year.

***Why is this in beer wine and spirits?

As long as the seal is intact it should be fine.
