im 14 almost 15. 5'6 female and I had vodka up to half of a solo cup then very little sprite. what would be my bac level?

Far too high.
BAC % = 0.269

it takes very little to get a high BAC. even if you dont feel drunk because i can drink alot and feel fine. so even if you have a tiny amount it gets in your blood and makes it get high. but your to young to drive so good luck
