If you're type two, you may not need meds, you might be able to control your blood sugar just through diet & exercise.

Otherwise your blood sugar will go out of control, and you will eventually have 'complications' like blindness, kidney failure, and circulation problems that could end up with feet or legs being amputated.

If you're type 1, then it's simpler. You will lapse into a coma and die.
