Why is whipping cream/double cream in the US worse than in the UK?!
I used to live in London and their double cream is way better than the american, is there a reason. The milk is as good.

That was not my experience. Cream is measured by milk fat content and the cream that I get is 43% fat. I highly doubt any cream has a higher percentage.
