It also depends on your liver mass but on average the liver usually takes about an hour to process a drink (which normal drinks contain one shot of whatever) and if your eating even better probably a shorter amount of time but if your asking this because your wondering if it would be safe to drive id push a little more than an hour just to be safe lol

Smirnoff is around 7% ABV so there is around that amount of alcohol than that in various non children's liquid medication.
