Last time I crossed, you couldn't take beef, lamb, or chicken. Not sure about pork. Goat was okay. Not that many people would be bringing goat. Trouble is, they change this stuff all the time, depending how worried they are about various diseases. I just googled "US Customs food restrictions". Looks to me like you're taking a chance trying to bring any kind of meat into the US.
