I made the bacon mat this morning, but don't know if I want to risk my 2l stein by putting it in the oven.

Go to YouTube and look up "bacon bomb by the BBQ Pit Boys (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1IiUAtoN… The video will show you how to make it, of course you have to add the bacon handle but you get the idea.
That looks possible but probably took a lot of creativity and time.
the handle was braided like you would do using bread the rest was weaved but recreating it would be a pain
