Can i use a drivers learners permit to buy liquor in texas?!
I got my learner permit about 2 weeks ago but had to give up my texas id because it has a different address. My 21st birthday is this weekend. Is my permit a legal form of idenification to buy alcohol? Its paper and has a black and white picture of me. It also states "under 21 until 01-22-1990" at the top. Also includes all my address information, eye color, and height.

Its a state id and you can use it for the alcohol as soon as you're legal!

Your good! Hopefully you'll get to use it to buy liquor for the the first time, the day I turned 21, I bought liquor and wasn't even carded.......... Pretty bummed lol
