MLK is a fake excuse for the government to have an extra day off. You can still buy from the liquor stores. Do you think they would choose to close when government and bank employees are off work? That's a lot of people that are potential customers.

liquor laws are all state level... so some states may have laws against liquor stores being open today, some might not. I would guess the majority will be open today though.
